At ZamZam Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

We only offer exchange in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective fabric issue

Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel with clear pictures/videos as proof.

Return Conditions

To qualify for exchange or return:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original packaging should be available
  • Product must be in original condition

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • Ordered product is out of stock after payment
  • We are unable to deliver the correct item

Refund process may take 5–7 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/exchange:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products damaged by customer
  • Color difference due to lighting/screen effects
  • Sale items & discounted products

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable
